it seemed to me that many times Uconn was pushing the ball up court they would pull it out to run offense, especially Bria. The simple rule of thumb is that if nobody is between you and the hoop and can't possibly draw a charge - go to the hole! Notre Dame plays like a fullback when it's forth and one on the goal line, they put their head down and punch it in. With 4 guards we seem to be settling for outside shots. Tiffany seems willing to drive, and KML is willing to post up, but the other guards don't. Since their center could not stop Stephanie I doubt their 2nd biggest player can match up with Kiah. Maybe we go bigger and punch it inside. Notre Dame's guards were getting wide open looks from outside (something we never seem to give up) because everyone was so concerned with their physical penetration. Add a mismatch of KML inside and maybe ND will need to pack it in as well.
1 last thing, the end of the game is won by expierience, and ND has the 4 seniors and 1 junior. Geno said before the season he did not believe they could win the NC. You can't teach height or expierience!
