Geno has relaxed a lot of his rules about different things. Tattoos had to be covered, no nail polish during the season, panty hose when ever a dress was worn (ask Bird about that). He relaxed his rule on colored hair for Aaliyah Edwards. So there's always a chance he might let Big O wear a big 0.
