Gtown is not good, but neither are we. Gtown won at Cuse easily and beat Oregon in Maui.

I hope we win obviously but I am not expecting it.

I think facey could be the best big on the floor, depends which Mon shows up. If you recall, adams was under 'discipline' last time we played, i'm assuming he draws the matchup of peak. It is a good matchup ( both have great physical tools) and I hope he takes pride and doesn't let him explode into the paint off cuts or pnr. Purvis seems to live for big time sg matchups, i think he'll play good defense on pryor (closeouts). KO will most likely mix in zone as usual so its about the team really.

I have faith because i think our front court is just better, but winning is contingent on adams producing on offense with low turnovers and overall good team defense on their two cogs. Oh and some shooting from either Jackson or Vital. Basketball is funny, we could have easily turned a corner and be brimming with confidence tomorrow. or not.

It's surprising when reading that tweet, but the other 7 teams have been playing really well over the last two seasons and Gtown has just been plain bad, especially defensively.

Trying real hard to be optimistic in this one. Getting there after the last 2 wins at home and they are playing better together but old big East foe on the road will be a tough one. If we win or lose it won't be because of the game time but if we lose there will be an entire thread about it. Blaming the game time is really more of an excuse than a reason. If we can limit turnovers and shoot a decent % we get the W. We need the team that played UCF to show up.
