Furthermore, although that is likely true for all the other teams as well, I think it has particularly harmed UConn in the sense that their superiority is based on being a fine-tuned machine (and better players and coaches) and the stop and start uncertainty of this season as well as the large number of freshmen has affected them to a greater degree than other teams.
