Geno's Thoughts on Dallas/Paige and Next Coach

The team is being built around Paige, everyone knows it. Kurt Miller knows he can't blow this, he acknowledges that Paige is the golden egg and he wants and needs to get a coach in that will support her. Like Geno said though, getting the right players to play with her is crucial. If they can get the right players, the Wings will have a chance at the playoffs next season. As I did this past season, I will get the WNBA season pass so I can watch every Wings game. For those who did not see Paige play this year, she did a lot of incredible things on the court that she never did at UConn. Being on a bad team made the "need to win" Paige come out of her shell and looked what happened. Incredible.

Corrected it a little bit. Who knows what next year's roster will look like with the upcoming CBA and unlimited free agency for 75% of the players.

As opposed to recruiting a coach, I think she would be better served recruiting a few of the best players in the league!
