Around 4 weeks ago it was in the news about it temporarily closing due to COVID issues. Any word on the street if it's going to re-open? Any "Boneheads" ever try it?

Geno had Covid about 4 weeks ago. The temporary closure could have been related to his situation.

Facebook page says front of house person got covid mid March but they have reopened in time for Easter

A group including Geno is taking over the restaurant at Manchester country club didn’t see an opening dater or if it’s already open

If the timing is right we hit it for dinner before evening games-the lasagna is amazing. Can't wait to get back in there in November before just before our women begin a season to be remembered!!!!

Absolutely, when my younger daughter made our pilgrimage to Storrs for the 2016 ND game, and generally good eats. The service was great. Interestingly, after parking the car we asked for directions to it from a student who told us it was driving distance. We walked, and it took only about 10 minutes, which also said something.

That could be interesting, I read that Corey Wry is running it. He's put out some nice food in his day.

Geno's "Fast Break" at Mohegan Sun was some of the worst food I ever ate. The Philly cheese steak (what else would you order?) needed more micro-waving. I'm sure it started out frozen. Mrs. Skeets broke a tooth on her chicken sandwich. Is this horrible establishment still in business?

Think Corey ran his place in Storrs didn’t he?

The one in Downtown Storrs is closed permanently, right? I made the mistake of having 2 martinis there before a game, and wow, did I feel that. Had enough time to sober up before I had to drive, fortunately.

Having 2 martinis is never a mistake. LOL.

I went to Cafe Aura with my wife, parents and kids before a game pre-Covid. It was exceptional...

Most people have never met Geno. I met him just once and it was at one of his restaurants.
