Gee ... back on November 26th I ordered a large case of Geno's Tomato Sauce. but as of tonight I have heard no word about the purchase (Via Paypal) or shippment. I have emailed a couple of times and left messages on a answering machine....But no returns..
Got the family comeing in for 13 days over the holidays and one night I thought I'd give them a "Geno's Treat".... Cause the sauce is very good!!!
If they are closed down or not selling the sauce anymore if some one could tell me so other arrangements can be made..

I'm kinda set back on my heels about this ... I cannot see how a man of his standards could let one of his organizations run so "Slip-Shot" like this. Two more telephone calls went unanswered yesterday .. does not he know that customer service is key in a business association, and repeat customers are the "Real Deal"....
Well my only hope is (Because I'm running out of shipping time). is for his daughter to pick up on this and call down there and tell'm to get their butts in gear!!!! Or maybe I'll give Harriet a call and let her cleam house with a choice word or two!!!..
And your right ...... the sauce is very good..very..very good, well worth the extra bucks .... that's why I'm going through all this trouble...
Then again I could of called up to Knoxville and ordered some "Red Eye Gravy" and Greens!!!!

She now has a Press Pass, and probably covers the games for CPTV ....Before she was right in the production mix at UConn games, but now a member of the Press with a different prospectus.

It's shipped ....Geno's daughter Alysa called her sister Jenna, who called her husband, who oversee's some of Geno's projects, in addition to teaching HighSchool and coaching basketball .. he called the shop and told them to ship...it's was shipped 3 day UPS so it will be in Georgia in time....That's known as a "Family Affair" ....
If you haven't tried Geno's sauce..do so it's a must!!!

So that Geno's name and products maintain the highest of dignities they deserve, Geno should spend about 50% LESS time in recruiting, scouting, teaching and demanding excellence on the court so that the same high grade of product would be available in the cartons of sauce.

Those of us in Waco would probably become sauce customers if we knew Geno's stewardship of time was so reshaped.

Seriously, Geno, take a load off. Less coaching; more sauce. Formula for our . . oops . . I mean Your success!
