Whatever the decision is, I hope that if it is that she can't play anymore is that she is allowed to finish her education with some type of scholarship.

I don't think that is an issue. UCONN has class and would always support her.

Ayanna had knee surgery, which she has been dodging since HS. Not sure if it was ACL, but I believe it was.

Definitely not ACL surgery. It was more minor surgery designed to correct ongoing problems she has had with the patella tendon.

That’s not even a question. If she is unable to play basketball, there is no question she will still get a scholarship to finish her academics. Chances of that are exactly 100%.
