Two points were exceptionally illuminating:

-We haven't replaced the 3-point shooting of K and the manhandling of our interior SD would not have occurred last season with Kiah
- A comment (I have to listen again) We're not the brightest lightbulbs out there.

Also a point about the frosh in a prime-time broadway opening (my characterization).:

Kids today don't come with the supreme confidence of Dee and Maya...interesting.

Thanks ThisJustIn, That was an excellent lengthy post game interview. I enjoyed it. Geno shared some very interesting thoughts and observations about tonight's game.

I agree. No surprise there about D and Maya.

Probably because he's seen the best punches that WCBB can throw at his team early on and they've still won every game by double digits.

He's sick and I suspect he was packing a cold remedy that can knock you down a peg. If he kneaded that left arm one more time in the first half of the interview I'd be calling a medic!

Geno's take on Katie Lou is interesting. Confidence. She is not DT, no one is. From glimpses it is apparent she has the talent the athletic abilities to follow in Stewies foot steps. Yet we must remember she is not DT or Maya and she is a FRESHMAN.
Good interview--too bad it didn't follow the game as it should have.

I thought the three point shooting and interior defense were two interesting comments. He also said that you can't beat UConn if you don't play UConn. He seem really appreciative of Brenda accepting the game in New York last night.

Geno's remark included himself and the coaching staff. A Sudafed fed ha-ha. Yeah, the 3 times NCAA champs are a bunch of dummies. Right.
