Maybe HCPP could ask GDL if he'd like to be the Temple OC for the game this Saturday.
You know...for old times sake. :D

Make of it what you will, but in 2006 GDL was the OC/QBs coach, and in 2007 he was the OC/O line coach. Here's the records.

These are not the kind of things I need to be reminded of, as I'm trying to get excited for homecoming day.

Oops! Good catch. Probably didn't have my reading glasses on and couldn't see the fine print.

In this case, that's like asking Batman what the hell he was thinking bringing Robin along. The two are virtually inseperable,

I'm not sure a staff of Vince Lombardi, Bill Parcells, Bill Belechek, Bill Walsh, Knute Rockne, Frank Leahy, and Pop Warner could have won more than 1 game with that Temple team. That team was awful. And not just awful but trying to recover after being kicked out of the Big East and trying to figure out what and where to go. There was even talk of dropping to 1AA. hard to hold George DeLeone responsible for that mess. Kind of like sayin gthe band leader was responsible for the Titanic...

I was going to post the same thing. I'm more interested in how terrible his offense was at Cuse from 99-04. That's a much better barometer because they had decent players there.

Thats sort of like how people say we have horrible players now to use as the blame. I wonder how much of that is true and how much of that is just the common denominator of George Deleone making the teams look awful.
