Let me suggest that this is just a symptom of the ailment. You've got a weak AD who is negotiating and creating new positions to make everybody happy, instead of doing what needs to be done. Somehow, we are now paying more money to cover for bad money. If we have a new OC it will take about 5 minutes before Mr. sunshine pulls rank and whips out the wallpaper with repeating wildcat patterns.

How often does a new OC come in and the old OC is still on staff and a BFFL of the head coach? At least Edsall showed Ambrose the door when we brought in Moorhead. GDL should be on the sideline with the o-line during the game, not in a cushy chair in the booth. If he can't stand the elements then go be a color analyst on TV.
