Since PP isn't getting fired it's obvious what needs to be done.
Give GDL the additional responsibilities as the Defensive Coordinator.
Right now one of the problems is that it seems Don Brown's defense is letting down the offense by playing so well and allowing us fans to contrast the improvements of the defense as compared to the offense.
Make GDL the defensive coordinator and linebacker coach to go with his duties as the offensive coordinator and Oline coach. Move Don Brown to the fullback and slot receiver coach.
Then the defense can match the offense's capabilities.
