If we are going to be as good as I think we can be next year Olander can't play more than a few minutes of spot duty and Boatright needs to improve a lot over the summer.
 
I don't know why people are freaking out. A team that was decimated by transfers, without 3/10 scholarship guys, is struggling on the road. Not a shock. Boatright and Calhoun haven't had their shots fall. Great season by the kids, but losing Giffey and Nappier was too much.
 
Boatright is having a bad game but he has no help on the perimeter. If you want to bail out on Boatright, see you latter. Providence is looking for fans.

what happened is his chicago my dont smell attitude. ollie has nothing to turn to. i believe if he did boat would not play again this year

The thing is...the team is playing like absolute ass.

There's a reason you aren't seeing people bashing Calhoun in this thread. He has been atrocious on offense, but is playing with effort, playing good D, and not showing up his teammates and showing a generally poor attitude that everyone can see. That is what Boatright id doing. It is the effort and attitude, not his lack of offense.
 
Ollie seems tuned out at this point. Practice will be hell.

This is officially like the second half of last year's Louisville game, which was the worst display of UConn basketball I've ever seen.

agreed if they were asserting themselves on d i would cut some slack - look at thAT LAST SLAM BY RUDD nobody got near him
 
How does he keep running Boatright out there? Torturing him at this point?

this is worse due to who the opponent is
 
Put all walkons in. Seriously why not? They deserve it, and lets face it, it can't get worse.
 
2nd half is a USF highlight show. Horrid night.

Will Bazz be back for Providence? Hopefully we get that 20th W.
