How do they go back and review that elbow on Wolf? There was no call until Sampson pushed Wolf on the other end of the court?

That's a technical on Sampson. Im no expert on the rules, but is an inadvertent elbow a flagrant? Apparently so since they reviewed the play for like 5 minutes.

Sorry refs, but that is not a flagrant on Wolf. That is a legit basketball play to have your elbows out when you hold up the ball over your head and look for an outlet. Don't reach in and you won't get an elbow.
