Why boat?????

Boat really is a bad defender. He really could be so much better. He has tried that reacharound crap all night and it hasn't worked once.

Let me guess called it on pointer?

Bazz 4 yrs
Boat 4 yrs and we need to recruit talent to push him his last year.

Why waste a timeout to dribble around for 20 seconds. Better to just push and go.

How many layups and shots inside 3 feet can we miss in one game.

Maybe if we stopped spotting the other team 10-15 points we would be ok.

Where's Ater Majok. when you need him?

That was a weak finish by DD. go up like a man and we might be trying to cut it to three.

St. John's sucks. What a dreadful program they have now. Sucks to let this one get away.

This shouldn't have been a close game. Only played 25 minutes. Kind of disappointing considering this team should know it has to play hard every game.

Same as Pitt. Fall way behind. Tie itmup and give it away late. Not a very successful way to play.

At least three air balls down the stretch during winning time
Loss of composure jacking up out-of-rhythm shots.
This was a WTF loss. 23 minutes of sleep walking, followed by 14 minutes of good play followed by 3 minutes of poor finishing.

Oh well. I guess we have to accept that these guys can show flashes for awhile, and hope those flashes become longer than flashes by next year. We know we have good basketball in us but we can't sustain it. And if we never have Tim Welsh announce again it will be too soon - that turd lecturing anyone on attitude and maturity is a joke.

We just don't have the supporting inside players who can make up for lackluster game/hustle from our 2 star guards. Daniels played very weak tonight and Olander was completely invisible (to me he is always a step behind and out of breath.) At least Wolf showed some life tonight.
Overall a very similar performance to the Friars/USF games except we couldn't pull it out on the end.
