Still in it. NC state was red hot for a stretch...missed layups and run outs killed us

Seems like we are playing with 3 players, including wolf. Go figure.
 
This is the reality this year - we played much better than they did (with the exception of Omar's MSG-itis) and we're still down at the half. We're just not talented enough.

Can Wolf apply for another year of eligibility since he was injured last year/never played the year prior?
 
Finishing is atrocious.

Boatright is killing them.

NC State is shooting 50% from the floor.

That said, all correctable things. They should be up a handful.

The pessimist in me has been conditioned by the last few years to expect an NC State 9-0 run to open the second half.
 
UConn is actually winning every category but FG% and Assists. The big issue is that UConn is just missing layups which are leading to fast break points for NCST.

I think Evans isn't 100% right now, he's usually pretty money around the rim and he's short armed at least 3 layups.

Decent first half, Baz needs some help...other than Wolf (lol, feels weird saying that).

Boatright looks horrible.....Evans, DD, Calhoun, and Boatright combined to shoot 4-21
 
Yeah we had a chance to really step on their throat and missed some bunnies. A lot like mich st game. Hopefully we can man up down the stretch like we did in Germany.

Can Omar Calhoun dunk? His game seems very unathletic to me. His jump shot is like a set shot
 
Daniels needs to rebound and rebound only. He's lost out there.
