I hate to say it, but with the men's loss to Yale and football's loss to a winless SMU team, this game just took on substantial weight, not for the women's program, which will be fine regardless, but for the general mental health and psyche of UConn alumni everywhere.

A loss to ND would make this the worst weekend in UConn sports history since, well, as long I can remember, which goes back to the 70s.

There's some nice chemistry with this group. MoJeff more effective this trip in the game.

Folks have got to give this team a chance. Honestly, getting game legs doesn't happen right away. They start rough, then settle in, some personnel adjustments and suddenly UConn is clicking.

Sone combos work better for some opponants, and not so well for others. I said in a conversation earlier that Stokes would be a difference maker in this game and she is as is Tuck.

UConn ended the half with a 24 to 4 run......and earlier, someone said ND was pulling away.
You have to have a little more faith.

GREAT comeback by UCONN. Problem is fouls are going to play a role in the second half unless they swallow the whistles. You never now what they will call. Will they let them play or blow that whistle every 10 seconds?
