Very entertaining. It's actually game. UCONN is actually facing some competition. This is what they need to make them a better team. 20 pt blowouts might make us feel good and pad the kids stats, but it doesn't make the team better.

Kia may be our smartest player. That's either good or bad.

Really amazing to think where this team would be without Nurse. Scary thought.

I was thinking the same thing. Nurse is the MVP of the team so far this season. And to think that some were criticizing her during the WC's when she was playing against seasoned veterans.

Geno was a mad man in that interview with Kerith. He said that the game was "physical" (what a euphemism) and Stewie was getting mauled.

Green Bay really is one of the most fundamentally sound teams I've seen. This coach must surely have had offers from top programs. Imagine him with Tennessee's talent.
Isn't Borseth the coach who went to the Big 10 and decided he made a mistake and returned to Green Bay?

UConn was outrebounded by quite a few by Vandy as well. GB clearly outhustled UConn.
GB is a cool team from the point of view that they play confidently with the pedal to the metal

I agree. I mean nothing wrong with a good 20-50 point blowout, especially when you are giving your starters a rest. But it is good to have a good test once in awhile to keep you sharp and focused. Green Bay is pretty solid. I think they beat Purdue this season. Played tough against Vanderbilt, lost but from what I heard and read, it was a really close game. So it is good that we are playing Green Bay. They have great ball movement. They are physical. Also they put up quick shots either by fastbreak or a quick 2 or 3 point shot.

Why would morgan try to run through two defenders like that?

So far thru 2.5 games, Stewie has 24 points, averaging just under 10. Meanwhile, Kia has 43 points.

Stewie with 3 the old fashioned way. That should get the ladies going for the second half...
