Stokes is the "X" factor. The same thing happened against A&M. Stokes comes in the game against those guys, we go on a run. We close off lanes. They can't get rebounds. Stokes is the "X" factor.

Blech. That's all I can say. Stanford is literally getting every 50/50 ball, and UCONN looks just like they did in the past 2 games. I never thought I'd say this, but the entire team looks like they have regressed since the end of the regular season.

UCONN is playing like they are behind by 10 with 4 minutes left in the 2nd half. If they can't turn this around, ND wins going away by 10-15.

Had a chance to extend the lead and didn't. The game will be decided between the start of the second half and the under-16 timeout.

Stanford has to be deeply disappointed to be trailing at the half. They shot about as good as they could early.

Our lack of a guard off the bench is a problem, not because the starters get tired, but because it denies us any semblance of flexibility or options if someone plays poorly.

I really don't understand how you let players as good as Stewart the last game and KML tonight get completely shut out in a half. Talk about worst case scenarios.
