Agree, that is why you need to start this half off with your best players, get the momentum and then bring in Banks!!!! Chuckle..
 
We squandered the perfect opportunity to take this game over, from a 10pt to 20pt lead before the half! Had our foot on their neck when Geno went twin towers (loved the move) w/Stef and Kiah, but took out Bria and Kaleena (threw my shoe at the screen, but missed) and our offense ground to a dead stop! :mad: Instead of building, they cut the lead and we never regained our intensity.

Kaleena is on fire, yet we still don't run everything through, around, over and under her??? And when did Caroline decide she would never attempt another shot???
 
Stef was just wide open on a pick and roll.

Geno gives ND the lead...Congrats...think it is time to bring in some offense?
 
KML coming in as we struggle against the zone. We need her to hit a couple.

I also do not like our offense with Step at the high post, can't we use kelly to set screens up top?

Not playing 3 on 5, no one is probing and moving the zone. Not a matter of 3 on five it is a matter of standing around.
 
Geno - No Doty + Kelly on the court at the same time in a competitive game!!!!!! You are playing 3 on 5 with a caliber team like ND and they will eat you alive!!!! You are too good of a coach NOT to recognize this.

Last night Stef hit four shots up there and it was a key to winning the game, tonight she hasn't hit them. It happens, you adjust and move on.

You can't probe a zone when the lane is packed. They don't need to cover both wings when they know the wings won't shoot.

Maybe Geno wants them for something other than points. You know, defense, rebounds, assists...just sayin

I didn't say probe I said movement. Move and make the zone shift.
 
The league office will have words with Dee Kantner - 2 charges on Novosel in a game, let alone a season !
