Heavy minutes for Stokes and none for Chong. Is that strategic (i.e. going big), or does Geno still not trust the freshman in high-pressure situations?

Kiah only scored two points, but she was huge on defense and rebounding during crunch time in the 1st half. She allowed Geno to sub out Stewie and Moriah. An unsung hero in the 1st half. Each team only had 5 fouls called on them, hope the refs call the game the same in the 2nd half.

Great change of defense by Geno to rush Shoni to go man to man at the last second of Louisville's last possession. Caused the breakdown of their offense.

Wonderful game, refs letting them play
Louisville came out like a ball-o-fire
couldn't keep it up.
Talent and execution (almost always…see Baylor) prevails.
Stewie missed some shots?
No worry, she's engaged
Love her attitude.
Ms Lewis…great, like she never missed a game.
Mo: not the best true point in the country?
The seniors: great.
Love that they didn't panic
Cool as a cucumber.
Found open shooters (mostly KML) andhit em.
And how about the rebounding?

I felt KML had a great first half. Maybe next year a player or two should pretend to have mono and take two weeks off mid season to come back as invigorated as KML and play like she is playing.

Wonder how long before her diagnosis she had mono. I know there were some on here talking about her looking sluggish and not conditioned. Perhaps that was the mono? She loves to shoot against Louisville, that's for sure. Then again what shooter doesn't like getting wide open shots?

It's funny with all the talk about a short bench - In a game where they have not called many fouls only Kiah has been used off the bench for us so far. No Banks or Chong yet.

UConn's offense has been awful the last 10 minutes of this game. Living on offensive rebounds.

We need to start converting some of these second and third opportunities we are getting. I for one am not comfortable with a 12 point lead.
