Shall we just stay here, since this thread is small, rather than have a separate 2nd half thread?

boy forgettable game for hartley and dolson. not a good primer for them for baylor...
 
would you guys say this is a worse performance than against FDU? the radio announcers keep talking about how poorly UCONN is playing. sloppy and not in synch at all.
 
Suffice it to say that this performance post 20-0 will get UConn obliterated by Baylor.

Suffice it to say also that I expect UConn to play better on the 18th.

Absolutely. Worst--at least for this half--that I've seen all year.
 
that's a good thing. geno will be all over them in pratice before the Baylor game
 
well i'm glad it's not just me. 11 points in the 2nd half in 8 minutes? turnovers, fouls, bad decisions, just a general mess. oh well. get it out of their system before Baylor. it's really too bad too because Geno can't even put in the subs to give them PT since the starters in general are playing so poorly.

They came out in the 2nd half with zero energy. I thought they looked good in the first half, now it's a contest to see who wants the game over more, us or them!

A GOOD reason to put in the subs...
 
i wonder if maybe Geno should just put in Banks, KML, Engeln, JOhnson and Buck and say screw the rest of the game... bench the entire starting lineup.
 
Even with this small lineup UConn players are not creating their own shots. Someone should be able to drive to the basket and get points by made shots or free throws.

Still too much reliance on jump shots.

I agree...it's not like SH is going to make a big comeback
 
i cannot wait to hear CD and Geno's commennts. easily the worst game of the year by far. is pathetic too strong a word?
 
Have you noticed that none of us is complaining about the officiating, even though UConn has about a million fouls?
 
too bad Geno doesn't have any walk ons. could he play the managers? lol.
 
Hate to see what kind of run Baylor would go on if UConn plays like they have in the 2nd half of this game. :) Another teaching game for Geno even though UConn wins big.

Last year's game against Seton Hall was terrible too. Don't know what it is.
 
no one is going to win the prediction tonight. Our guesses were as far off as UConn's shooting.
 
Seriously, why doesn't he play Brianna and Kiah in games like this? Kiah played more but not a lot.
 
Boy, Kim Mulkey will be shaking in her boots after seeing this performance.
