And I don't get why KO continues to leave Wolf on the bench. Has he still not proved that he is our most productive big (as sad as that is)? He's played 20+ minutes 4 times this year.
 
Most times, you need to have posession to call timeout. Not today.

This is the look of a team that's going to stumble to another .500 BE record next year and be a bubble team at best.
 
Wolf 4 rebounds, Olander 1, despite playing almost the whole half.
 
What the Fuquan just happened? Everyone has cold hands from pushing the bus :)
 
We are in control , the centers are playing well, n foul trouble, Ollie sticks in Nolan -- changes the game.

Did anyone else hear the ref say "This guy called a timeout!" and point to Williard?
 
I count 4 Egregiously bad calls in that half. Wolf's drive that was "rejected" was forearm 4 inches beneath the ball. It's the worst non call I've ever seen. Deandre Daniels drive that was stripped was all arm. Giffey was pounded by Teague jumping into him and you can't call timeout when you are in joint possession of the basketball.

Now we squandered our lead be for many reasons including first and foremost the Phil experiment, but big east officiating is officially a joke. There is no consistency to it. And I love Kevin Ollie. I'm 11 toes in, but damn I wanted him to get T'd up against SJU (he was trying) and he should get one today.
 
Read the posts about Wolf earlier this week. He's been asleep the last few games.

Brimah and Facey = Nolan 2.0's. And I doubt Nolan will improve so we will have 3 Nolan prototypes.

Not sure at all what that ref was thinking on the timeout. Bizarre.
 
I think that Facey will be more ready to contribute that Nolan.....but, wait and see. Nolan can really run.

While I agree that facey is not going to be the savior, I've seen him 2x and he is not a Nolan. A Nolan by the way is a typical frosh..

He can run. But he can't catch, dribble, shoot, lay-up, defend, or rebound. Maybe there's a spot open on the track team.

If we can't play Nolan against a bad, short-handed Seton Hall then why is he on the team. Seton Hall got hot, we took some bad shots and they caught up.
 
gametracker does a lousy job with their statistics. They have Olander playing 20 minutes and Wolf 1. It Wasn't quite that bad.
 
They have 2 players that can score. Why would you leave either one of them?
 
is boats guy going to get 20 every night?????????????
