The offense needs a sustained drive to give the Defense a breather......

I was just coming to post this. It really hurts to get your first 3 possessions at the 50 and do nothing with them.
 
Can we get at least ONE first down this Qtr?? Please
 
Defense has been fantastic but WR's need to get open and Whitmer needs to hit them. Run game is absent right now.
 
Alot of open space out there. I think NCS playcalling is worse then ours.

Hey all it took was a penalty to get a first down!
 
We really got bailed out right there. Let's hope that gives us some momentum.
 
1st Qtr review....

Defense was stout and ridiculous!

Offense was completely stagnant and needs to turn the field position around.
 
Ugghhhh...this is boring offense. I don't even mind the Wildcat when it is changing things up, but we don't do that. The regular offense looks weak at the point of attack.

Is there going to be a "2nd Qtr" thread? Or do we keep using this one? Whitmer has a lot of adjusting to do to be ready to play against D1A (FBS) defensive players. JUCO guys don't make that pick.
