The biggest issue for your offense coach O'Brien?

O'Brien: "The wind"

SERIOUSLY? The wind?? OK.....

Unles we come out in the second half and blow the doors off of them, I'm not feeling so spectacular about our team moving forward.....the defense has been all that but this offense is just AWFUL

The O-Line has been absolutely brutal. They cannot give Whitmer any time or McCombs any holes.

I'm still amazed that mid-majors all over the country can field a competence offense year in and year out, but the University of Connecticut can't.

Don't feel the play calling has helped Whitmer get in rhythm

The use of the wildcat and the 3 false starts are what annoys me most. He hits Williams for 30 yds and then pulls him. Makes no sense.

I hate DeLeone's offense. I think it's too complicated for college kids. Too much pre-snap motion, too much to think about, not enough emphasis on fundamentals (power running).

Agreed. It's the biggest reason I hate the wildcat. If it's not working, then let Whitmer get in a rhythm. Stop pulling him out all the time. What are we achieving by that besides not allowing him to get into a groove?

Did they promise Mccummings playing time when he left for a couple days? Wildcat makes zero sense here.

It's not too difficult. It's actually very basic. There are many many teams that do a lot more. It is the play calling and personnel decision making that kills the offense. The play calling and poor OLine play are pissing me off.

It wasn't even him on the last few snaps.

Our game calling sucks on offense. 2nd and 1 at our 35 do we run play action and take a shot down field? No we run right at a stacked line and then try a qb sneak. We sure caught them of guard.

I agree however our main back weights a buck fifty wet.
