KML needs more than six shots in the 2nd half - she's the only one on this team that can make shots consistently.

Geno still agitated, as on Saturday just not as much.

A lot of our TOs are on players making movement one direction and suddenly stopping and changing direction as the pass is made. You can not do that to the player with the ball.

Yes...they have to make an aggressive move and complete it...

Do we need a separate thread for 2nd half? 10 pages already

Pope camping much longer than three seconds in the lane on that play!
Yes, she is doing it continually. That is why they are able to run that offensive play with the dump down and why they started controlling the offensive boards.

This is very true. AND she is the ONE player who needs to be on the floor. Can't afford her to have any foul trouble.

That was Bria's fault for picking up her dribble
That was one situation but there have been several. Even with Bria picking up you still have to follow through, in fact it becomes more important.

Typical when two top WCBB teams play ---Stalemate! Neither offense looks impressive.

We just held Baylor to 26 pts in the half! (But only lead by 3.)

Contact by Sims on that pick from Bria but still a good no-call IMO
Contact is contact... I thought Stef was fine but they called that. So they should have called Sims and the score should be with a wider margin...

What are points in the paint?

I'm guessing 20-4 Baylor.

Well, off hand I can recall KML's drive and another by Bria. There were a number of other inside buckets (Tuck post-up), a couple of putbacks too. Not sure what the total is.

I thought Morgan played some good minutes. Showed a willingness to mix it up in the lane.

Should have called it on Baylor on that breakaway of KML, too.

Many were open but unnecessarily rushed.

Yes, frustrating. Sometimes I feel like we're Nova. They are a little too dependent on them. Really want to see basket attack. Esp. while Griner was out. Bria is capable but doesn't do it enough.

Two early baskets in the lane by KML, too.

Nah. Threads can be hundreds of pages

Contact is not contact - contact that causes an advantage is contact. Sims is quick and it appeared to me she did a good job of getting to the spot. Bodies bumped, but no clear block/charge, just physical D.

Good no-call , IMO. At least that's how I saw it in real-time. Could change my mind on replay as always.... ;)
