UConn shot 48% FGs, 39% 3FGs, 20 assists, 10 blocks, 5 steals, 10 turnovers and 13 fouls. Oh, and all 5 starters in double figures.

A&M shot 35%.

Solid win and on to Nashville!

Moriah: 11 pts (5-6), 6 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals and only 2 TOs. Tremendous defense. Love that kid.

Stewie takes only 5 shots. That can not happen at the Final Four. Can not happen.

Don't worry, she'll get a lot of touches against North Carolina.:p:p:p:D:D:D

Mo is so efficient lately, it's crazy!

And I agree. Stewie only 5 shots? Can't get my head around that at all. Can't wait to catch the game on replay.

Moriah makes Uconn almost impossible to trap full court - the second player cannot get over fast enough and she immediately turns it into a three on two fast break - she usually pulls it back out, but ... just wow. And I love when she escapes up the sideline she immediately gets back to the center of the court before she crosses mid court so she can't be block into the corner of the front court.

From the AP report:

"We competed, and I thought we really had a chance when we cut it to three," A&M coach Gary Blair said. "A great team just looks you in the face and says, 'Is that all you got?' They came down and got two easy baskets before I could call timeout."
