Game Changing Play?

The AG turnovers in crunch time.

Dean Smith would have put a walk-on in to foul there. It was a crummy circumstance but not some strategic failing.

And you're calling me the dumb one. LOL!

I say he would have because I saw him do it. Multiple times. I've seen it quite a bit, actually. It happens when you watch other college basketball games.

Again, after the great 5 second call that the walk-on was part of, Dan Hurley could not legally sub him out.

And how many times was the walk-on the guy who took the last shot?

Have to agree with this. I texted a friend of mine saying we have no closers to finish this game. Bouk would’ve at least drawn more attention. Vital and Gilbert don’t have what it takes to close a game. Both great kids and I can only imagine how painful losing is to them. Losing hurts but imagine the pain they feel? Vital wants to win so badly. Hopefully we can get some wins going forward
Agree. Sadly my Debbie downer side feels your last sentence has been copied and pasted for the last 4 years.

Any of the myriad of bad whistles, worse turnovers, and excruciating missed layups.

The Bouknight technical. With him in the game down the stretch we win.

That is the right answer if you're limited to one. On a day that Carlton didn't contribute at all, we were going to need him to create some points on his own to pull that one out.
