Both refs working in collusion....watch the ref with the down marker after stretching the chain....clearly moves the base a few inches back towards the ball....then the second ref finishes things up by moving the ball up to the stick when clown #1 didn't move it backwards quite enough. I would lose my SH#T if my kid played for that team on defense right here. Wow.
