I kinda love that selfishly. Get us some beautiful fall days and nights for games instead of frigid cold. And I 100% mean this from a fan perspective.Road warriors to end the season.
This can change up until May 2023. TV has a say in that. All Saturday games too. No short weeks CBS contract a big help in that regard
I like the idea. BC may not be thrilled about it now, but will be grateful to have us on their schedule regularly in a few years. Also, I am hoping we can get an annual series with BC second to last week of the season. That way we could finish out every year the following way:
9. FCS home game
10. Army H/H
11. BC H/H
12. UMass H/H
I don't think BC will want a regular non conference late season loss in their schedule. Also, I am hoping we can get an annual series with BC second to last week of the season. That way we could finish out every year the following way:
9. FCS home game
10. Army H/H
11. BC H/H
12. UMass H/H
Phenomenal academic school. CongratsRice is a nice addition. Both of my kids are going to Rice now and it will be a good time to visit

We aren't the only ones they'll need to cancel so maybe we can take someone off their schedule, be nice to get their game at South Carolina that year.Very possible Liberty will cancel with us due to them moving to C-USA and needing to make room on their schedule. Keep that in mind. If that is the case, I hope that we schedule the away half of a P5 home and home series.
Thanks, the academics at Rice are really challenging. Between the tough admissions/academics and a small undergrad enrollment (4000 or so) football recruiting is a challenge. I suspect that their transition to the AAC will be a bit bumpy. Rice still harkens back to their SWC days, but the attendance in the 50K capacity stadium is sparse at around 15K-20K. UConn is lucky to get them in October as the late August/September games can be brutal with the heat and humidity.Phenomenal academic school. Congrats
