FS1 seeding discussion

Currently on FS1 their bracketology guy brought up an interesting point. He thinks UConn may get a bump up in seeding even if our resume doesn’t warrant it, because it wouldn’t be u fair for a higher seed to have to play a full strength UConn team lol. I hope that doesnt screw us and put us on the 8/9 line. We gotta pray for the 6/7/10 line

Last weekend I heard Palm suggest that UConn wouldn't get an 8/9 for exactly that reason. NCAA wouldn't want UConn potentially taking out a #1 on first weekend.

but we would be matched up against a #1 seed on the first weekend if we won our 8v9 matchup. dont the first 2 rounds (not including the play in games) take place within a 4 day span from thursday-sunday?

let us be an 10/11 so we can beat a 6/7 and then play a 2/3

So Navy is No. 1 in RPI based on getting pasted by Maryland and beating American four times? I don't get it
