Last night Kiah Stokes had a career high of 13 points, plus 9 boards, 3 blocks, and 1 steal.

For Stanford, freshman Amber Orrange also had a career high, 18 points in their win.

Nice playing!

What's the over under on KML getting Frosh of the Year? I think her MOP award in the BET should clinch it...

Williams was the ESPN selectee. I think there are other frosh awards not yet announced.

If only KML could get into shape and play a little defense. :)

Speaking of, KML on defense:

"Defense is what we take pride in here," said Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, who added 15 points. "I feel like we have a lot of good offensive players, but it doesn't really take heart to play offense. All defense is (is) a lot of heart and a lot of effort and I think we put out a lot of heart and a lot of effort tonight on defense."

ESPN gurus think that UCONN has no “stars”….guess KML and Bria don’t qualify as such…wait…um…they look pretty good to me on the court.
