Could we add in a prohibition on 'speculating on healthy red-shirting' of recruits as well.

(The program has as far as I know done a healthy red-shirt once only in Geno's 30+ years - Jessica Moore in early 2000s when their was a loaded post position team and Jessica was coming from Alaska with a lot of rough edges. I think the idea of red-shirting was part of the recruitment process and not something decided once she arrived on campus.)
