from Joey Brackets, espn....

By going South (Atlanta), Kentucky was protected from a potential Elite Eight game in the Midwest (St. Louis) against Kansas. Wonder if the Wildcats would have traded that for the chance to avoid Connecticut in a very likely third-round matchup?

I wonder the same thing. 2 things happened this past week: 1. Kentucky is vulnerable and 2. UConn is playing with a renewed energy. Ignore the media hype, we can beat them. I think Napier and Boatright will exploit Teague, will love to see AD on AD, and think Roscoe can neutralize Kidd-Gilchrist.
