The huskies didn't shoot well in the tourney, but in what winds up a three point game, they missed five. Ouch!
Have to feel bad for Scoe. He had a great stretch, but took a step back in the tourney. Hope he gets his confidence back. He could have been a difference maker today. Syracuse didn't look great today, but found ways to win. That's what great teams do. Oh well, let's make a run in the Big Dance!

We missed ALOT of open shots in the middle of that zone!
THAT'S WHY WE LOST!

UConn missed to many bunnies today as they have though the season. Their foul shooting has been abysmal as well.

No one, outside of Bazz tired to take control at the end. UConn needed someone else to stand up and it didn't happen.

Not a factor. Roscoe missed three in the first half, and one of our two second half misses was tipped in with 15 seconds to go.

You can't expect to make 100 percent of your foul shots (especially with Drummond) any more than you can expect to do anything else in a basketball game perfectly. You also can't just add points to the final score. So much of what happens in a basketball game is dictated by time and score. If you give us the four foul shots we missed and the game was tied with 2 minutes to go instead of us trailing by four - the entire mindset of both teams is different and every possession would have played out differently.

Understood. Not saying that's why we lost, just that we left points at the foul line, and in a close game, that always hurts.

From this day forth, I dub Roscoe as Roscoe "Roller Coaster" Smith
