For the younger Boneyarders out there, some free advice (where you always get your money's worth).

First off you'll never live long enough to make every mistake by yourself, so it pays to learn from others.

And, as I had the unfortunate opportunity to watch at work today....

If your actions tie your bosses hands, don't be surprised or upset when they respond by kicking you in the balls or in the teeth.

I hope you are able to share more details...

before i send my resume everywhere 2moro under the sun, where do u work? i'll cross that emaill off the list...

No details and nothing that any of us who have worked for more than a few years haven't seen.

When a person chooses to needle and poke a supervisor in the eye and chooses not listen to his peers, the results are predictable.

I think I speak for everyone when I say: it's unfortunate, but we're all really disappointed you weren't speaking literally.

I'll just add : have the good sense to recognize that, when the situation with a supervisor is souring - fair or not - find another role. Quickly. It's easier to find a job while you have one than when you don't.

Sorry you're going through something Chin. Hope it gets resolved soon.

It's not happening to me. But it's painful watching one of your friends going through it.
