Free 1/2 day near Naples, Italy

Flying to Naples, Italy for work and have a free half-day or so before having to drive to the east coast. Any recommendations on where to go for a few hours? Options include Pompei, Cuma, maybe Amalfi coast for lunch?

Pompeii is too far from the city for a meaningful trip in half a day. The logistics will kill you.

If you only have 4 hours, find a spot for pizza and a drink and call it a day.

Yeah.. Naples is still a bit depressed economically so just be careful.
