Missouri says it received a verbal NCAA notice of inquiry on April 14, 2014. Frank Haith took the Tulsa job four days later.

The NCAA is waiting on Good Ole Roy's approval for sanctions against the women's basketball and field hockey teams. Rumor has it that Roy wants them to wait until after the basketball season is over, so that there will not be any indelicate questions asked.

I don't know, in this case I can't say I care. Sounds like it was mostly Haith's presence that caused the infractions, so I'm fine with a school getting off somewhat light if the coach has moved on. They really need to punish the coaches when stuff like this is found
