I agree. The Tulsa AD probably considers this a 'big hire'. Sort of like George Mason hiring Paul Hewitt. I guess I hope Haith does well for the sake of the league but the guy is not a good coach and whatever happened at Miami is certainly questionable...
Nahhh. I would say he is a flawed coach & runs a dynamic but flawed Program. Tulsa is getting a good start. But, we know that Haith can bring talented kids in. Better than the average P5 power. He has proven some things.
Tulsa returns 9 of their top 10 players all ave. DD minutes. They won 21 games and made The NCAA tour. So he going to a team of mostly young players who have potential. MO tigers looked to be in a rebuilding mode so I guess he wanted to jump teams.
