Thanks! Tchatchouang played at Maryland. I remember hearing announcers call the names of Miyem and Ayayi a lot. Dumerc was the best player in Europe not long ago. She's 36 or 37, but still really tough.

I updated the France roster. I think I was taking the names off the 2017 qualifying team. Took Dumerc off the list.

One of the Lynx mistakes this year. They ended up cutting her in favor of Larkins.

I hope Minny still has her rights.

Dumerc may have retired after 2017. In London in 2012, the best players were Dumerc, Cambage, and several Americans.

Gruda is a solid player with W experience.

.-.
15-15 end of first

Gruda leads FR with 8 pts
USA has Taurasi with 6 pts

15 all after Q1. This is probably the toughest match possible in front of a hostile crowd. Just the way Diana likes it. Plum and Wilson continue to play well.

Rebounds are 17-12 in favor of France.

We lead because we are 3-4 from the arc, and France is 1-4.

France beating US on the O. Boards 6-1. Never a good sign.

.-.
What was France's playing schedule before this game? Are they playing 3 games in 3 days?

I think so. It's a 4-team round-robin.

But they have practiced together much longer, most likely.

Tuck is back in. She has 0 points and 0 boards. Napheesa has 0 points and 3 boards.

30-24 U.S. late in the half.

Le Pugh. Based on Play-Play, we coughed up the ball in the last 90 seconds multiple times and let them back in 30-27 US at the half.

Crap! France must have hot a three. 30-27, U.S. at halftime.

Most minutes: Dee, Plum, and Tuck.

I'm thinking "Pour" for "For" means assists. Right?

What are BP and INT?

Plum and Nneka threw the ball away in the last minute.

7 assists and 13 turnovers is not very good. We need the Masked Marvel!

USA keeps starting Clarendon, but it’s going to be tough justifying keeping her over Plum, based on the exhibition stats.

DT and Morgan making a charge after tied score 34-34. 2PT by DT and a 3 pt play by Morgan the old fashioned way to get ahead 39-34 :)

Edit. Morgan just made another 3pt shot. :):):)
