I do not doubt that you followed the above procedure. But for me I selected the Fox Sports channel on my Roku television. I was then told to go to the web site to activate it. I was prompted to select my provider from a menu. I selected Spectrum, and then entered my user and password. The application appeared on my program menu, and there was no UConn game on schedule for three days. This evening though, the UConn -UMass-Lowell game appeared. To the best of my knowledge, there was no mention of Fox Now; but perhaps the applications are the same? I hope that when I select it at noon CST tomorrow , the game will appear! Best of luck to everyone. Go Huskies! BTW, I checked the Spectrum guide for the appropriate time tomorrow, and the game does not appear on FSNHD, FS1HD, or FS2HD so the app is necessary above and beyond the regular access to Fox channels on cable.Something very important to note:
You have to download the Fox Now (or the FoxNow) app, create a profile and sign in with your TV provider. Apparently trying to use the Fox Sports app or Fox Sports Go is not going to happen.
This is totally new information that was brought to light this evening and so far it worked on a Firestick.
I tried the Fox Sports app on my Firestick and Roku right before I downloaded the FoxNow app. It was not listed on either device. But I will try it again.I do not doubt that you followed the above procedure. But for me I selected the Fox Sports channel on my Roku television. I was then told to go to the web site to activate it. OT: are you getting your local fox station on Dish? Here in NC, Dish users lost access to Fox local last weekend. However it might have returned. It was funny that while it was gone, the local station ran a bottom line message informing Dish users to call Dish to get their stations back. Well, if the station is gone, they couldn't read it!!!! (I have YouTube TV and saw the message there.)I get it only on the Foxnow app with fire stick after signing up thru Dish.
Who is your local Fox station owned by. Here in Vegas it's the CBS station that's not being carried by DISH. The conglomerate that owns the local station wants DISH to pay a billion dollars a year, which DISH says is way too much. DISH has said that they are willing to pay more but not that much money.are you getting your local fox station on Dish? Here in NC, Dish users lost access to Fox local last weekend. Just so we are clear and for others, my listing is under the Fox Sports App. I think it may depend where you are. But everyone should just check their fox sports apps, whichever ones you have until you find it!Yes it is Fox Now app that has UConn. Not Fox Go or Fox Sports apps. It would have been nice if theh were more precise in the articles......
Hmmm, I loaded the Fox Sports App on my Smart TV and the game shows up there. However, it says I can't watch the game because my TV package doesn't allow it. ???? I have Fox, Fox Sports1, Fox Sports2. Not looking good here in WMass.I'm more confident fans living outside of SNY Market Area will be able to watch UMASS Lowell Game. I also use Roku and game is listed on the FoxSports Channel. It is not listed on the FoxSportsGo Channel. Now all we have to do is wait until game time to see if the Streaming actually works.![]()

No not part of SNY. We used to get it. But can't anymore. Is Western Mass part of SNY Market Area? You might try the NBC Sports App if Western Mass is part of SNY Market Area.

Mine gave me a code and sent me to a website to enter my cable provider login info. Have you been through that sort of routine already?Hmmm, I loaded the Fox Sports App on my Smart TV and the game shows up there. Yep. BigTen network games show up on it also, but same thing, not allowed. On my regular Cable I have the Big10 Network but can't watch it either. Can't even get a subscription for it. On regular Cable, there is no SNY at all (anymore). Looks like the Fox Now app might work on my phone, I'll see if I can get it on the TV.Mine gave me a code and sent me to a website to enter my cable provider login info. Last night I was not able to see the listing for the game using the Fox Sports app on my Roku or Firestick.Yes it is Fox Now app that has UConn. Not Fox Go or Fox Sports apps. It would have been nice if theh were more precise in the articles......
I have no idea who owns my local stations but 2 weeks ago the same message was being displayed for the local CBS affiliate. So it may have been that local Dish subscribers had lost 2 of their local stations.Who is your local Fox station owned by. Here in Vegas it's the CBS station that's not being carried by DISH. You'll see a white circle to scroll right in the lower right-center of the screen. But the game isn't listed in the 1pm slot, at least not here in Tucson.FoxSports.com now has a nifty presentation on Paige on the home paige and once your are in it there is a statement about the game being available today on FoxSports, BUT the schedule stops at 10 AM and I can't see a way to get to game time!
I can see it now...a Zoom savvy Boneyarder creating the Boneyard Zoom Party for every time UConn plays a game. This Zoom savvy individual will have the game on (preferable on a 75+" size TV with police tape roped off so no accidental crossings between the webcam and TV occurs) with webcam trained at the TV, as others joining in from across the country and the world, of course login credentials to see the live game are required.![]()
