There's likely language that protects the media partners for a change in conference composition; why is the media partner going to overpay for a separate product? UConn is certainly the most valuable program in the Big East, but they've agreed to conference bylaws that states all TV revenue is split equally... as far as looking at other conference alignment that would increase UConn's revenues, I would expect and certainly hope they're constantly looking at all opportunities.
