Pitino (or the GM at the time) signed him to a 7 year 20+ million contract, then traded him to the Lakers.

Really...Travis Knight - $22.6 million
would have not guessed that
Knight was excellent - ran the floor, blocked shots, hedged hard on pick and rolls, and was such an underrated passer of the ball. He was really, really good his first 2-3 years in the league, then got paid and stopped giving a single duck*. Dude lives in Nicaragua now and runs some sort of fishing tourism company.

It looks like Paxton left Boone off his list, btw. That should be another 5-6 million right there.

Boone left after his junior year - my bad.

EDIT: Paxton did forget Donny Marshall, who made about 1.5 million.

What was the stat on how much former players donated for the new practice facility?

I remember it being completely embarrassing and shameful.

I don't know man, UCONN made an enormous amount of money of those guys while they were here. I don't think it's a big deal either way.

Carmelo gave a massive amount, but other than him, did any other Cuse guys shell out?

Calhoun always told them that if they were going to donate money to the school, to make sure it goes to the med center.

It is what it is I guess. They certainly weren't obligated to give, but nearly a billion dollars is a whole lot of money.

Hey, one of those guys is giving back countless equivalents as we speak. Thank you KO!

Actually, a whole bunch of them.

Bumped into Travis Knight in Austin Texas last year. Think he is living there now
