Formatting toolbar doesn't work in Google Chrome

When I use the Chrome browser, I am unable to use the formatting toolbar such as Bold, Italic, Insert Gif or Image, etc. All of the options are faded.

It works for me in when I use the Microsoft Edge browser.

You can change your own avatar. Nothing political.

Just change the C to a K and you're good to go

Thanks Temery but I'm not sure if that helps. After I post a message, there is no option to edit the post, only delete it.
