Forbes has released a list of the most overpaid coaches in College Basketball that includes some of our favorite coaches to hate. Calipari's win last year has moved him down to the number 2 position, with Frank Haith of Missouri now at number 1. Pitino, Belein and Buzz Williams also make the list.

Well, everyone knows Calamari is paid so highly because he pays his recruits. See Athony Davis, but they sweeped that one under the rug.

Kind of disagree with Anthony Grant. He's only been there 3 years.
Also, I think Pitino has earned his $$ at LVille. Certainly more than Boeheim, Williams.
The guy at Vandy is flat out stealing $$

Interesting, many of those coaches would probably have taken the UConn job in a minute. Grass ain't greener out there that's for sure.

Who's idea was it to pay Stallings that much money? Or Anthony Grant? Pitino has been fine at Louisville, but he was better in his younger days, I think. He's getting paid what he's getting paid because of his Kentucky success, not what he's done at Louisville.

I want to know what Marquette was thinking paying Buzz Williams $2.8 million. That seems like the craziest one.

Looking at this list just reaffirms what a bargain Calhoun was. He was paid an average of $2.3 million his last 3 years. Would have made $3.0 million each of the last 2 years if he had stayed.

I have no idea what Boeheim makes but its too much. 3 final four appearance. 1 national title. In what 36 seasons?

Stallings has been there awhile and he brings stability and moderate success to Vandy. He prob would never leave at that rate. Remember endowments count and V is a private school with lots of $$.
