The encouraging thing is that she now can drive to basket like she did in high school. Last year, you just didn't much of that from her. That progression of her game is why her FG% is so lofty this season.

and maybe Ms Moore was cloggin up the paint so they expected Bria to shoot jumpers
 
I don't think so, DC. Certainly, there's been more focus this season on having guards cut, but she certainly did try with mixed results to drive to the basket last year. I remember her against Stanford and Notre Dame attempting to drive, but this season, she's been consistently effective and more confident doing it...closer to like you see her in this video.

And playing some post defense too! Woman among girls at the high school level. May not get to quite that point as a collegiate player, but she seems to be on the elite trajectory at any rate.
 
Funny how when she was being recruited she was quoted as being surprised that UConn was even interested in her. Say what?
