This video is in the UCONN recruiting thread. There may be more context there thus making the viewing more enjoyable. Otherwise enjoy this video. Not all folks read the UCONN recruiting thread.

The three she made at the end of the 47 point game video was from at least 25 feet and she shot it pretty effortlessly.

She can score in a variety of ways and will benefit from the excellent passers she will be playing with. It will be crowded at the 2 and 3 next year, but Geno will figure out a way to get her minutes.

For those height obsessed folks Caroline's sister is listed at 6'1 on the Brown roster.

Given incoming talent next year and with no one leaving (with possible exception of Evina to WNBA), I suspect the starters will once again be No. 1 but the bench could be No. 5.

It will be hard to earn minutes next year but she will because she is a good passer and shooter. Hopefully, she can learn team defense. The current roster has achieved good team defense and that's why we will go deep into the dance. They are all coming back next year. I cant wait.

Where do people think that she will play at UConn? I'm thinking the 3 given our depth at guard.
She reminds me of Ann Strother, tall and rangy, good shooter. Caroline is listed at 6’2”, but looks a tad taller to me. I’m shocked that there wasn’t a recruiting war for her like there was for Strother. Anyone know who recruited her besides Geno?

Thanks for posting that. She's already committed to UCONN so not sure new content for her should be in the recruiting thread, but why not, right? Still, glad you posted it separately!!

Thanks. There are just so many posts in the recruiting thread that I can't begin to get through it. This helps.

Looks like they are playing at Tabor Academy - HS of Molly Dent!
Yea I noticed that too. And I'm sure it was just a mistake, but Bent.

If she can drain the 3 at this level, she's playing.
Her brother is a decent player too (class of 2023) don’t know if Hurley is recruiting him though. Watched a high school game with Reid Ducharme playing against Kwame Evans.

Fall practice is going to be an amazing battle. Hope the male practice players are back.

Geno can substitute all five starters at once like DePaul’s coach does, score at every game will be over 120! No need to figure out who at what position ..

Would like to see a higher release point on her shot. Same with Saylor.
Yes, agreed. But she does have a nice side step and it might be hard to tamper with a good grooved stroke.

Her offensive game gets a A+, but how's her defense? That's what will earn her minutes, there should be enough "O" to keep the coach from complaining abt the shooting.

Wouldn't be so certain offense isn't needed. There is still little post-up game, too many turnovers, and the only shooters are Bueckers and Makurat.

With Deberry coming aboard, it'll bolster the post-up game imo, its the sight of a 6'2 "guard" getting broken down by the Park-lane type point guards, or the always moving and slashing SGs, im not Nostradamus but I see Azzi getting 15-18 pts a game...easy which should open the post even more, history has proven tht ur not gonna beat Uconn by only scoring 45-50 points a game....Woof.

I do agree abt the TOs, but they're freshmen they'll get acclimated to each other, you can see the progress from the beginning of the year.

Wait till you find out DeBerry's game more resembles Azura Stevens' than Kalani Brown's.
