For Kids and Adults:Mr. Peabody and Sherman

Up near Syracuse last week and we took our 8 and 10 year old grandchildren to see this animation, thinking we'd be itching to get it over with. Well, it's one of those flicks that the kids have enough to laugh at, but the large majority of lines and scenarios go way over their heads. There's some pretty funny stuff. Ty Burrell is Peabody's voice (sounds much like the late Tony Randall). Some of the many other voicesinclude Mel Brooks, who I think actually is 2000 years old now, and Steven Colbert. I think adults could like this even with no kids along. Not perfect, but fun.
