here's my guess...
  1. Baylor
  2. UCONN
  3. Stanford
  4. Notre Dame
  5. Duke
  6. Miami
  7. Kentucky
  8. Delaware
  9. Maryland
and after that, i honestly have no idea. Wisconsin Green Bay, OSU, Tennessee, Rutgers, Nebraska, and Gonzaga all lost to unranked teams. Georgetown was destroyed by UCONN. aTm was beaten handily by Baylor. Purdue lost a close one to OSU. do you move Penn State up to 10? just move everyone else down a bit?

try to look at who each team lost to (Green bay lost to Dayton, OSU to Illinois, Tennessee to Vandy, Nebraska to Michigan, Rutgers to SJU, and Gonzaga was whalloped by 30 at BYU). i'll be very curious to see where the rankings end up.

Eric, I was shaking my head with every loss.

Your top 9 is excellent.

I would say that last weeks 9-16 stays in the same order but move to 10-17. Rutgers has to move down more.

So, #10 would be Green bay....I guess.....lol.

1. Baylor

3. Notre Dame
4. Stanford
5. Duke
6. Miami
7. Kentucky
8. Maryland
9. Delaware
10. Ohio State

I will believe Notre Dame drops below #3 when I see it.

Maryland beat Delaware earlier in the season and lost to the #6 team barely. With the madness behind them, I think they stay put ahead of Delaware.

Ohio State lost on a last second shot and gutted out a fairly tough win against Purdue. They have the best win and the least bad loss of any other possible top 10 teams.

2) UCONN
3) ND
4) Stanford
5) Duke
6) Miami
7) Kentucky

Wow Eric, doggy, and everyone else who ends up posting, reading and hearing about this:rolleyes: "Who woulda thunk"
Anyone see the game? The entire rankings should be interesting! As far as Stanford moving ahead of ND I am not so sure. The Pac 12 sucks this year and ND schedule RPI,SOS,has to be much better than Stanford! ND lost to Baylor and that was it. Yes Baylor #1,we move up to#2, and I think ND drops to #3,rational in addition to the above,ND beat us,we beat ST. The rest sure why not:) Great win for WV.WOW The fact that ND not only lost, but at home could put ST ahead of them,but........:) WOW

I think it is a toss up on the 3/4 with ND and Stanford - if ND stays at 3, but then loses on the 27th I think they will then drop to #4. This is assuming everyone is winning all the other games.

Interesting thought - ND loses twice to Uconn, Standford wins out and Duke wins out - I think the 3/4/5 would become very interesting then - no idea how the panel would end up seeding them.

Mel Greenberg wrote that 16 of the 25 ranked teams lost this week. Is this correct?

I count 15, so not sure, unless it depends on how one defines the week.
