Listen, screw shaka smart and brad stevens and all this other who's the next coach crap. Forget about pointing fingers at a bunch of young kids trying to figure out who is to blame for our recent play, and if Blaney has "lost it". None of that matters.
From here on out this season is about one thing and one thing only, Coach Calhoun. Maybe he comes back next game. Maybe he never coaches again. They say you never really appreciate what you have until it's gone. Well you know what, Calhoun may be gone.
I'm sure the players will dedicate the upcoming games to him. I hope they put aside all differences and play like hell. Play with the type of resiliency that Coach has shown many times over the years, whether it's been his bouts with cancer or finishing a charity bike race with 5 broken ribs at 67 years old.
And I hope as fans, we can put aside the negativity and root like hell for OUR TEAM. They, and Coach Calhoun, deserve as much.
